Concert Connect
Verification before matching
Interviews showed people wanted company at concerts but would not meet a stranger without proof of identity, so verification moved ahead of matching.

A clearer journey for a global platform
Visitors could not say what Intellect offered or where it operated. A focused uplift of five surfaces answered both questions.
